Silver - Trunk or Treat Sponsorship Package

Partner with us for a spook-tacular evening of community fun! This high-visibility package is designed to showcase your business to hundreds of local families while supporting a safe, festive event.

Sponsorship Benefits

• On-Site Presence: Space for up to 2 of your custom business banners displayed at the event.

• Event Space: Premium placement for 1 decorated car spot OR a 10'x10' booth space to engage directly with attendees.

• Social Media Exposure: 1 social media post per week beginning in October.
  

• Marquee Advertising: High-visibility advertisement on our marquee for 1 week prior to the event.

Sponsorship Requirements & Terms

• Agreement Requirement: A sponsorship agreement will be sent to the email address provided at purchase. This agreement must be signed and returned by Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM to finalize your sponsorship.

• Family-Focused Guidelines: This is strictly a family- and children-focused community event.

• Right of Refusal: The El Capitan Stadium Association reserves the right to refuse sponsorship and issue a full refund to any registrant or organization whose message or conduct does not align with the family-friendly mission of this event.

For Banners:

• Production: Sponsors are responsible for providing their own banners. (If you need a local contact for printing, we are happy to provide a recommendation.)
• Sizing: Banners must be 10ft x 3ft. We will do our best to accommodate slight variations, but banners exceeding 10ft in length are not permitted 
• Drop-Off: Banners must be delivered to the Lakeside Rodeo Grounds at 12584 Mapleview St, Lakeside, no later than 10/7/26 - this can de individually coordinated.
• Liability & Condition: The El Capitan Stadium Association is not responsible for lost or damaged banners. Banners are displayed dusty place; they will likely be dirty upon return and will not be cleaned by our staff.
• Content Standards: To maintain the atmosphere of our family-friendly event, the El Capitan Stadium Association reserves the right to refuse any banner that does not align with our community standards. In the event a banner is declined for content, a full refund will be issued.

Banner Pick-Up
All banners must be picked up from the Lakeside Rodeo Grounds within 7 days following the conclusion of the event. You will be contacted with available pickup dates/times, after purchase.
